This Real Estate office was opened in 1963 by Barry Penberthy who conducted the business as a Stock and Station Agency. As time passed the focus was more towards the listing and sale of houses, town allotments and a rent roll.  The business continued this way for twenty years.

In 1983 the business was sold to the present owner George Sloss.  George's background was with a pastoral house and his focus was to extend the existing business and develop a rural property sales division and rural clearing sale service. 

The inclusion of Bruce Perri on the staff in 1984 increased the strength of the business. 

In 1994 the office joined the First National Group to give us a wider buyer base throughout Australia.  First National has offices throughout Australia, which support each other through a referral system. 

The business continues to grow with four full time staff members employed.
